  • Any Repairs Over $350 Must Be Cleared With The Owner

  • Computerized Monthly Statement With Month and Year to Date Totals

  • In Most Instances, Checks Mailed to Owner By the 10th day of the month
  • We Can Send Your Check Directly to You
  • We Can Deposit Your Check in a Bank or Account of Your Choice, $10 service fee

  • We provide new tenants the Hazard Pamphlet and the new Megan Law Disclosure as required by law
