David Reichelsdorf

Dave started The Property Management Co. (PMCo) back in 1977 just after he obtained his Real Estate License. At that time he primarily sold real estate, but several of his clients wanted someone to manage the income properties they purchased with him. So in 1977 he obtained his California Real Estate Brokers license. When the real estate market changed in the 80’s, Dave decided to turn his small management company into his primary business and his brother Phil came in as a partner. As this family owned and run business grew over the next 20 years, his daughter Beth also became a partner. He built the company with customer service in mind, attributing knowledge of our field to the benefit of our clients. “That’s why we’re available 24hrs/day, 7days/week – being available and following through on what we say.”


Elizabeth Reichelsdorf-Long

Beth has been with The Property Management Co. (PMCo) since May 2001. She holds a Bachelors degree in Child Development, a Masters Degree in Organizational Management, a California Real Estate Brokers License, as well as a CMCA© (Certified Manager of Community Associations) certification. Beth’s previous positions have always been in management with companies such as Walt Disney Imagineering, Big Dog Sportswear and The Boeing Company. She brings her management skills and experiences to PMCo. She has added a whole new dimension to the company by partnering with those companies that will most benefit our clients; i.e. attorneys, contractors, etc. She believes that knowledge and service are key attributes to our business.
